Pop-up Store Anniversary Campaign

High rent has turned most shopping malls in Hong Kong into a cookie-cutter and forced small and individual business operators to either shut down or relocate to suburban areas. In contrary, D2 Place strives to promote local culture through organizing regular creative events, and in 2016, we has successfully launched a Pop-up Store campaign “Dream It, Do It”which received over 100 applications and more than 20 local brands have started their first business here. To celebrate its anniversary, we are now offering a brand new pop-up store campaign for all entrepreneurs and local handcrafters.

香港租金持續昂貴,令大多商場逐漸被連鎖店的單一消費模式取代,沉悶之餘更抺殺了特色小舖、傳統手藝及原創空間。相反,D2 Place 一直致力推動文化創意及支持本地小店,除了每逢週六、日舉辦的「週末市集」,於2016年更推出「敢創敢試」Pop-up Store計劃,反應相當熱烈吸引逾百個申請,而其中超過20個本地品牌,成功於D2 Place開展其品牌首次「實體戰」。為慶祝成立一周年,現正推出全新周年特別企劃,以更相宜租金及條款,全力支持年輕人創業及發展本地品牌。

Short-term Lease x Flexible Terms x Local Brands

“Dream It, Do It! Anniversary Campaign" offers a total of 16 Pop-up Store spaces, located along high traffic pathways within D2 Place ONE and D2 Place TWO. To differentiate from other in-mall tenants, D2 Pop-up Stores will be only applicable to Local Brands on short-term lease of 1 to 3 months. In addition to flexible terms and rental offers, D2 Place will also provide a list of furniture for shop owners to choose from for an easy startup. ..

16個Pop-up Stores分佈在商場內1至3樓的柱身旁,連接人流暢旺的通道,只限本地品牌或首次創業人士申請。有別於商場內其他商舖,Pop-up Stores租約期限為1-3個月,旨在讓品牌進行試業或短期推廣,令本地品牌百花齊放。是次周年特別企劃,店主除了可以享有更優惠全包式租金短期經營,更可靈活佈置個性化的舖面。此外,商場更免費提供多款特色傢具,令首次創業人士更輕鬆方便。....

「Lisa & Sara」selling own-formulated perfume, aroma diffuser and handmade soap;

「Jasoo 자수」-selling Korean style handmade gemstone & simple accessories;

Fábula Select Shop」-offering handmade leather products, customization service and DIY workshops;

「Curate」selling designer fashion items & accessories;

「Lost n Found 811」-featuring a wide collection of designer fashion items & lifestyle products.
